Since 2010, Company 20 Entertainment has been helping clients turn ideas into experiences that feel seamless, polished, and uniquely their own. We’ve planned events in ballrooms, boardrooms, and stadiums, on beaches, golf courses, rooftops, and just about everywhere in between, always with the same philosophy: every detail matters.

Michele Lasky is a leader in event strategy and execution, known for transforming complex event plans into seamless, memorable experiences. Guided by the belief that "planning is everything," she combines creative vision with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every deadline, budget, and guest experience is flawlessly managed.
A proud New Jersey native, Michele brings a strong work ethic and collaborative approach to every project, delivering exceptional value for clients while leading with precision and purpose. Outside of work, she enjoys paddle boarding, traveling, and spending time at the beach with her husband, daughter, and their Doodle, Kodi.
Karen Caccese is the Co-Founder and Executive Producer of Company 20 Entertainment. With more than 20 years of experience in live entertainment, sports, corporate events, and experiential marketing, she is known for delivering creative, seamless experiences that connect brands with audiences.
Karen's career includes leadership roles with SFX Sports Group, Clear Channel Entertainment, and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, where she produced televised sporting events, national tours, corporate conferences, VIP hospitality programs, and brand activations. She co-founded Company 20, Inc. in 2005 and launched Company 20 Entertainment in 2022 to provide elevated event production, hospitality, and creative services for clients nationwide.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Cortland, Karen lives on Long Island with her husband, Scott, and their two sons.
Kira Downing is the Events & Marketing Manager at Company 20 Entertainment, bringing a hospitality-driven mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences. Since graduating in 2022, she has built experience producing events as a VIP Events Coordinator and Senior Events Specialist, supporting projects for brands including Netflix and Peacock.
Known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and people-first approach, Kira thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ideas into seamless, memorable events. She is committed to making the planning process effortless while delivering experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Ellie Jones is the Events & Marketing Coordinator at Company 20 Entertainment. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations, she began her journey with the company as a summer intern before joining the team full-time.
Ellie supports event planning, marketing initiatives, client relations, and on-site execution, bringing creativity, organization, and enthusiasm to every project. Whether coordinating logistics or helping bring a brand to life, she is dedicated to creating thoughtful, memorable experiences for every client.
